Christine Tangvald is the author of over 90 children's books (with two #1 bestsellers on the CBA market), in 125 editions, in 13 languages, with nine publishers -- and has over 3 million books in print. She and her daughter, Rondi DeBoer, currently have ten books due for release. She has published articles, stories, poems, greeting card verse, curriculum, activities, and other subjects that have grown out of her working with preschool and primary age children for over 20 years.
The founder of Spokane Christian Writers, Christine is a frequent teacher and speaker at writer’s conferences throughout the United States, and currently she has taught at over 100 writer’s conferences. She has a BS degree in Elementary Education from Washington State University, and lives in Spokane, WA.
Christine won the Pacesetter Award from both Mount Hermon and the Biola University Christian Writers Conference and has received the Faculty Award from Sandy Cove, Warm Beach, and the Florida Christian Writers Conferences.
Many of her best friends are under five years old.
